The Vermont Office of Child Support is within the Vermont Department of Children and Families. They have 5 office locations which includes the central office and four regional office locations.

1 VSA 173- Emancipation occurs at age 18 or graduation from high school, whichever is later.

Statute of Limitations to enforce a child support order

VSA Title 15 Chapter 11 Section 606(c) An action to enforce a judgment must be brought before the court no later than 6 years after the youngest child has reached the age of majority.
